Dents was established in 1777 by John Dent in the beautiful Cathedral City of Worcester, England. COLOURS
While we make every effort to reproduce as accurately as we can the colours of merchandise shown on this site, we are unable to guarantee true colour reproduction of shades displayed, because browsers, screens and printers do vary in colour output.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use a third party payment provider called "Sage Pay".  Sage Pay is audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with the latest security standards set out by Visa and MasterCard. If you have processed your order online using the payment pages hosted by Sage Pay, please locate and click on the padlock image which can be found on our payment pages to confirm that your details are collected in a secure environment.  We, ourselves, do not hold any credit details and these would have to be re-entered each time you would like to buy goods from this site.
   

Once you have entered your card details, Sage Pay will securely send these details to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and we ensure that your details cannot be accessed by a third party.

CURRENCY
All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling, and all purchases will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

CUSTOMS DUTY AND SALES TAXES
If you are shopping online and having your purchases delivered to a non-European Union country, please note:
1.  Your purchase will be UK Value Added Tax exempt, and 20% will be deducted from the cost of your item on checkout.
2.  You may possibly have to pay import duty and sales tax in the country of importation, which will be charged by the importing country's customs.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
The Dents Direct Team is dedicated to dispatching your valued order promptly and efficiently according to your instructions. We will normally despatch your order within a maximum of 4 working days. The delivery period depends on stock availability and of course the hour and day your order is placed.  International orders are generally delivered in 10/14 working days. U.K. orders are normally delivered in 4/7 working days. (During Sale promotions this can increase to 10/14 days).
We do offer a "Special Delivery" service (1/2 working days) for items for delivery within the UK (excluding handbags). This option can be selected at the checkout page.

GUARANTEE
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our merchandise comes with a 21 day no quibble guarantee, subject of course to it being returned in its original condition.

HOLIDAYS
Our offices and warehouse are open most days except for Christmas (two days), New Year's Day, and English national holidays.

LIABILITY
Dents is a division of Dewhurst Dent Plc whose registered office is in Bolton England.  Total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Dents to you. Dents shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty, in contract or in any other way. Dents cannot accept any liability as a result of a failure to comply with specific instructions set out on this site. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

ORDERING GUIDE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we shall need to execute your order.

PRIVACY POLICY
Dents does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

RETURNS POLICY
Always keep your invoice or dispatch note, as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to Dents in its original packaging and original condition. 

As stated above, we guarantee your satisfaction.  All of our merchandise comes with a 21 day no quibble guarantee, subject if course to it being returned in its original condition.

  • Genuinely faulty merchandise will be credited in full for the item as well as original post and packaging charges.
  • If you have ordered an incorrect size and wish to exchange for the correct size, we shall be pleased to do so, if the merchandise is returned in its original condition within 21 days of the purchase date.
  • All merchandise returned must be accompanied with a receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Please ensure you use a secure and reliable method to return your purchase. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches the Dents warehouse in England.
