CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use a third party payment provider called "Sage Pay" http://www.sagepay.com/security_policy. Sage Pay is audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with the latest security standards set out by Visa and MasterCard. If you have processed your order online using the payment pages hosted by Sage Pay, please locate and click on the padlock image which can be found on our payment pages to confirm that your details are collected in a secure environment. We, ourselves, do not hold any credit details and these would have to be re-entered each time you would like to buy goods from this site.
Once you have entered your card details, Sage Pay will securely send these details to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and we ensure that your details cannot be accessed by a third party.
Dents uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means your data is encrypted and protected when you send information to Dents over the Internet. You can tell a site uses and has SSL enabled when you see a padlock at the top of your browser. CUSTOMS DUTY AND SALES TAXES
If you are shopping online and having your purchases delivered to a non-European Union country, please note:

2. You may possibly have to pay import duty and sales tax in the country of importation, which will be charged by the importing country's customs.

WHAT IS RFID?
Many credit and debit cards are now embedded with RFID (Radio Freqeuncy Identidication) chips that contain personal information. Unfortunately, identity thieves can now scan these chips and gain access to your important personal information. We have designed a collection of wallets containing a protective shield that prevents your personal information from being accessed. To ensure maximum protection, when not in use, keep your wallet closed. The manufacturer and distributor of this product disclaim liability out of your use of the product, including liability from unauthorised persons scanning any RFID chip contained in the product.

How can I personalise a wallet?
Choose a wallet from our personalisation collection. To apply personalisation, select the tick box to add a monogram and you will be asked to select Gold, Silver or Debossed. Please note that some wallets are only available in Debossed. Enter your chosen characters (letters, numbers and full stops only) and select the colour of the wallet you wish to purchase. Then add to basket.
What is the character limit?
You can select up to 4 letters, including full stops (We are unable to include numbers).
What is the personalisation return policy?
Once the item has been personalised, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. If something isn’t quite right with your personalised item, please contact our customer service team at +44(0)1985 212291 or email@example.com.
